Michelle's Anniversary Seafood Fettuccini
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 pound shrimp
1 pound scallops (both dredged in seasoned flour)
2 Tbs. butter & oil
4 med. shallots & garlic
fresh herbs (basil, thyme)
chopped parsley
white vermouth
Method
Melt butter and add oil to pan. Add shallots and garlic &
herbs. Cook for a few minutes. Remove from pan. Add a little
more butter and oil (if needed). Add shrimp and scallops.
Cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Add vermouth. Return the shallots
and parsley to the pan. Serve over fettuccini.
